Meet the Team
Doug Miller
Doug Miller was born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland. His Father, William, started a Real Estate Company in the 1950’s and Doug grew up in the business. Doug has seven brothers and sisters all of whom have worked in the real estate industry. Doug started Miller Realty Services, LLC approximately twenty years ago and is licensed in both Maryland and Virginia.
Rachel Miller
Born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland, Rachel attended the Academy of the Holy Cross and took her studies further attending the University of Maryland, double majoring in English and History. Growing up, Rachel watched her father, Douglas Miller, be an exceptional real estate agent and broker, going above and beyond for his clients, so it was only natural she followed in her father's footsteps and joined him to work in real estate together.
Hayley Miller
Hayley is a dedicated and committed young professional in the real estate industry. With three and a half years of experience in both Commercial and Residential real estate, Hayley has developed a strong understanding of the intricacies of the market. Having grown up in Montgomery County, Maryland, Hayley possesses extensive knowledge of the region, its neighborhoods, and its unique opportunities.
Chris Miller
Chris Miller was born in Washington, DC and raised in Derwood, Maryland. He now lives in Olney, Maryland with his wife, Corinne, and their dog, Red. As a dedicated third-generation real estate agent with a love for family, community, and travel, Chris appreciates the natural beauty of the Mid-Atlantic and recognizes the appeal of properties within this region.
